Where: Chef Toner's cooking lab.
When: Every morning at 7:45-9:15 and Mondays after school.
What: Each morning students have fun preparing and serving coffee and fruit infused water to teachers and staff. On Fridays students help prepare and serve breakfast. After school on Monday there is a Club meeting and cooking lab. On Tuesdays we sell Brownies on campus!!

Students learn ecological monitoring techniques with hands on experience. Students test water quality in the pond adjacent to the school, by measuring various chemical properties. Students also learn to identify native/invasive wetland vegetation and understand their functions.
Pond Crew also works in cooperation with NJHS in performing nearby environmental cleanups.
